APPLICABLE TO PERSONAL SHOPPING, COLOUR ANALYSIS, WARDROBE RESTYLE AND STYLE PARTY APPOINTMENTS & GIFT VOUCHERS

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure the client’s appointment and preferred date. This deposit is transferrable if the client wishes to reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment time.

 

Personal shopping, colour analysis and wardrobe restyle appointments can be postponed up to 48 hours before the appointment is due to start.

​

A future date can be rescheduled and the deposit can be transferred to this new date.

​

Should the client cancel their personal styling session less than 48 hours before their appointment is due to start the deposit will not be refunded.

​

If due to unforeseen circumstances the stylist needs to cancel the appointment at short notice a new date will be arranged and the deposit is transferrable.

​

The outstanding balance is to be paid in full within 1 week of the appointment. However, payment plans can be arranged at the discretion of the stylist.

​

Personal shopping, colour analysis and wardrobe restyling gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded.
