If you feel like your wardrobe serves you well, then no, you probably don't need to give this much thought. If you feel you don't need inspiration when it comes to what you're going to put on in the morning, then you may have your style personality already sussed. If you feel happy with what you see in the morning when you look in the mirror (I mean most of the time, I know we're all human), then no probably not.
However, if you feel a bit "meh" about some of those questions, then pinning down what your style personality is can be a big help and a huge step towards body confidence.
Do you sometimes struggle deciding what to wear, because most of the things in your wardrobe are no longer quite right or you often don't really feel like "you"? It might be useful to spend some time on figuring out what your style personality is. There are a number of questionnaires you can find yourself online which can help guide you towards your answer. It might be that you have a style role model - someone whose look you admire - and thinking about their look might help you the next time you're putting an outfit together from your wardrobe or shopping.
What are the different style personalities? You might find there are slightly different descriptions for the same ones - but they'll describe a Classic, Romantic, Urban and Boho amongst others. If you want more information on these you can check out some of my previous posts on Instagram or Facebook.
It's useful to mention at this point that many of us don't have just one style personality either - it can depend on things like our lifestyle, how we spend our free time, our mood..... But if you spend a little time on really thinking about how your clothes make you feel - or how you want them to make you feel it will really help you in the future.
Hopefully this has got you thinking about how your wardrobe is working for you and if it's serving you well. We want to feel confident in our bodies and dressing for you, your body and your style is step in the right direction towards this.
If you've any questions please feel free to get in touch. I'd love to hear from you.
